Amazing Flavour

The most succulent pork with a very tasty marinade. A quick couple of minutes at high heat and ready to impress. Our new favourite from Gary and the gang.

Tender and Tasty pork

These scotch fillet steaks were succulent and tasty. I seared them quickly then braised them in the oven. They fell apart and went beautifully with roast potatoes and steamed greens.
