This product is traditionally cured and smoked but is sold as a RAW PRODUCT. Ideal to boil, bake or roast.

Made in store from local female, free range pork.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

This product can be boiled, baked or roasted

Cook at your preferred method for 40 minutes per kilogram

Temperature checks should occur at 10 minute intervals when the desired cooking time is approaching

Internal temperature of this product when cooked needs to be 68-70 degrees celsius

Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before carving

Game on gammon!

Amazing, finally found somewhere that does great gammon! I added some spice while boiling then a glazed for oven finish and the flavour and meat texture was superb - just like my Nanna’s years ago! Thanks very much 👍😊
