Turkey sausages

Delicious!
Different to the herb flavours usually associated with poultry.
I liked the texture of the chestnuts mixed in and the cranberries lend a sweet flavour, so for me, nice with a fresh salad.
It's nice to try something different so if you like sausages, I recommend these.
I cooked them in a steam + convection oven and they came out moist yet golden.

We had the Turkey and cranberry sausages for lunch today and they were absolutely scrumptious! Very filling. We tried having 2 each and that was too much, so one sausage is a meal in itself. Would recommend these to everyone who enjoys sausages. Well done, Naked Butcher!
