COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Defrost product in the fridge
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Lightly drizzle turkey skin with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Apply aluminium foil lightly over the turkey being careful to not press the foil onto the skin of the breast. Poke a fork into the foil 5-6 times to prevent turkey steaming inside the foil
Place in oven and cook for 35-40 minutes per kilogram
Remove foil and increase the temperature to 220 degrees celsius for the last 10-15 minutes to brown the skin
Internal temperature of this product when cooked needs to be 75-80 degrees celsius
Allow to stand for 5 minutes before carving
