Love The Naked Butcher in Mundaring! Just tried their Organic Beef & Liver Sausages (gluten-free) and they’re seriously next level. So tasty, juicy, and full of flavour — plus they’re made with quality organic stuff, which is a win. The liver gives them a nice boost without tasting too strong, and they feel way more nourishing than your average snag. Gluten-free is a bonus too. If you’re into real food that tastes awesome, you’ve gotta try these!

I’ve been buying these for several years, because they are a good way to get some nutritious liver into my diet in a way that’s tolerable. But recently I purchased a sous vide device, and now these sausages are at a whole new level. By cooking them this way they are not only healthy, but also tender, juicy and delicious. Now I have individual servings of them cooked to perfection in my freezer ready to go.

I only gave 4 stars because they were just a bit too liverish for me, however that's probably a little unfair because my husband and 12 month old grand daughter both loved them! Cannot be faulted on freshness or quality..but maybe if you're a liver phobic not for you.
