Traditional Ham Half Leg (Bone In)

Ham was packed beautifully and stored easily not taking up too much room in the fridge, was very easy to cut and glaze. Made the day before Christmas and we sliced ham in the morning for croissant's, sliced ham served at lunch with seafood and now we have delicious ham all ready to use for sandwiches and toasties for the big and little kids and family and friends dropping in over the next two weeks...... every chance I'll order two next year :-)
