Slightly smaller then expected

Ordered a few different meats. Some have size ranges from 1-3k. It’s not clear when ordering but I guess in the comments you need to state if you want the larger size. Also for things like lamb chops it would be nice to know how many per pack not the weight. Other than that, food delivery was quick and the quality was great.

You do have different weight options with what you order in terms of roasts. You should have seen on the website different weights available on roasts when you placed your order. We can only go by the information given by the customer when compiling orders. If you select and pay for a 1.5kg roast, that is what we cut and send to you. If you required a 3kg roast and order and pay for a 3kg roast, that is what is cut and sent to you.
Understand what you mean with the lamb chops but as the weight ranges of the lambs we purchase do vary, it’s not always possible to have an exact number listed for each product.
