Butchers Tip: For best results cook at a low heat (160 degrees Celsius) for an extended period. At 160 degrees, cook for 50-55 minutes. Always use Glad Bake to line your baking tray to avoid the marinate burning to the tray.

Stunningly Superb

Slow smoked (apple wood) on the charcoal Weber for 3.5 hrs at 110/120c. Perfection, meat juicy and falling off the bone.
