Very tasty

I purchased the 3.5 k free range turkey roll which was very tasty. And being free range your kinder to the bird (while he/she is alive) and the environment. The only thing is be mindful that they need about 3 hours to cook.

Great turkey breast

Once I realised that the bone in the turkey was part of the wing and not a leg (after clarifying with the butchers), the turkey cooked beautifully and tasted great. The only difficult part was that it had to be cooked longer than I originally thought (but thats turkey for you).
