Free Range Chicken

We had Liberty chicken for Christmas dinner
I stuffed the skin with butter and sage salted the skin and added home made bread stuffing
Smoked the chicken on the barbie.
That meat was sublime, tender and flavoursome it was the hero of the day
Many thanks to the Naked Butcher for supplying me with such delicious food my family love it

we used it in the oven and a pressure cooker. The oven chicken had really juicy breast meat, the flavour is also so much better than store bought chicken.

These chickens taste far better than any others.

Love this chicken . Taste fantastic and so clean.. love the texture and especially the way the chicken are raised
