Our 'Naked' range is totally nitrate free & sugar free. The products are cured with salt, water and home-grown, spray free rosemary. naturally smoked with organic chestnut woodchips.

What are nitrates you may ask? That typical 'pink' appearance that you see with many cured pork products such as bacon and ham is not natural, and is actually a result of preservatives known as nitrates being added to the meat! We've taken out all of the nasties in our 'Naked' range to offer you the cleanest and most tastiest ham in Perth!

Tasty cold and warm.

When heated it tasted more like a pork roast! Two in one. Perfect for Christmas Day. Superb flavour.

Not great

I love that the meat is free range and nitrate free as I know a lot of pigs are kept in awful conditions that are used for Christmas hams however this ham really didn’t taste like ham. It tasted more like roast pork which is a shame. I have had nitrate free hams before they have still tasted like ham. Probably wouldn’t order this again. Sorry
