Purchase sirloin as a whole piece at a highly discounted price. Each striploin (sirloin) weighs approximately between 5.5kg and 6.5kg.

 OPTIONS:

Whole - The product is left as a whole piece & vacuum packed

Sliced - The product is sliced into 2cm thick steaks and vacuum packed in bulk. A $5 slicing fee will occur.

Sliced & Individually packed - The product is sliced into 2cm thick steaks and packed as 2 steaks per vacuum pack. A cost of 50c per vacuum bag will occur, plus the $5 slicing fee.

Butchers Tip. A great product to roast or for steaks. Easy to slice and guaranteed to be tender, tasty and a highlight of your meal. Simple to season with cracked black pepper and sea salt and leave the fat on for best results.

This product is supplied fresh and vacuum packed and as a whole piece unless the slicing option is selected.
