From my order what i have eaten has been absolutely great, difference in taste/quality from other suppliers is no comparison. The above scotch fillet i have not tried yet but the sheep brains, the chicken livers, the loin chops, the belly pork roast absolutely mouth watering, soft and naturally tasty. When i have eaten the others will let you know. Cooking tomorrow the bacon hock.
