Made from our certified, locally grown organic beef, this mince is ideal for those following a Paleo or Carnivore diet. 75% lean with 25% organic grass fed and grass finished beef fat infused through the product. The extra fat ensures the moistness is retained and will provide you with "clean fuel" to power through the day.

Each pack contains approximately 500 grams.

As with all of our mince products, no water or preservatives are added to this product.

Awesome juicy grass-fed grass-finished beef mince!

This is exactly what I was looking for. The flavour and texture is perfect for my mostly carnivore diet, and with the natural fat from the beef in it, makes for a tasty hamburger, or meatballs or just plain in the pan with some sea salt. Doesn't dry up like the super lean mince most shops have. Very happy with this purchase!
