All of our free range chickens and chicken products are locally sourced, genuine free range and are not grown consuming GMO modified grains.

Butchers Tip: ALWAYS DEFROST POULTRY IN THE FRIDGE.

It is fine to refreeze any of our products if they are defrosted correctly.
The correct process to follow is to defrost in the fridge over a period of time, use what you need and repackage the unused portions and freeze.

NEVER LEAVE POULTY OUT TO DEFROST OR YOU WILL END UP POISONING YOURSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE.

IT IS CRUCIAL THAT THE EXTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF PROTEINS DOES NOT EXCEED 5 DEGREES CELSIUS.

It was what I couldn't taste in the Naked Butcher chicken that I noticed the most! In ordinary supermarket chicken I find there's a weird sour aftertaste in chicken breasts and I sometimes had a headache afterwards. The Naked Butcher chicken breasts tasted clean and flavoursome. Worth paying extra for!
