Each pack contains one Dry Aged Grass Fed, Grass Finished T-Bone Steak.

Each steak weighs approximately 400-425g.

The best of both worlds with silky smooth Eye Fillet on one side and tender Sirloin on the other. Plus there is the bone to enhance flavour and gnaw on after the main meal is done.

Butchers Tip: This cut is ideal to pan-fry, BBQ or grill. For optimum eating enjoyment, we suggest that this cut is cooked to medium/medium rare.

T-bone steak

I bought two of the T-bone steaks and cooked them on the bbq with a peppercorn sauce to top. They were incredible! I went to a restaurant days later and had a T-bone steak there. It was chewy and sinewy, and I paid more than double what the naked butcher charged. Do yourself a favour and get your lips around one of these. Way better than a restaurant!
