Delicious corned silver side

I rinsed my silverside to remove some of the salt then cooked in my slow cooker for 8hrs. The meat was very tender and easy to slice. We had it the old fashion way with white sauce and vegetables. There was plenty left over for sandwiches and lunches for a few days. We really enjoyed this piece of meat. It’s not the first time I have ordered it and was very pleased once again. Thanks guys.

Perfectly tender corned silverside

This took me back to my grandma's beautiful home-cooked meals. To prepare it, I soaked the cut in water in the fridge for several hours as it reduces the saltiness somewhat - which I prefer. My husband prefers it as is, but I thought I would try this method. I then cooked it without water in a slow cooker on low overnight. It came out perfectly moist and tender and we shared it for breakfast with cold leftovers for lunch. Delectable! The hint of rosemary is a nice touch. Thanks Naked Butcher.

Cooked and cooled makes a great sandwich or have it with a salad. Like everything from Naked Butcher the quality is excellent.

Great Quality & Great Service

Love the quality of your products & the prompt delivery. The only suggestion I would make is to pack the meat tighter & flatter where possible to avoid unneccesary bulk in our freezers. I always flatten out & it created much more room, especially with the likes of mince. Just a suggestion ...Otherwise very happy customer
